HR support is tailored based on local needs, creating a role rich in variety and impact. You''ll lead regional HR delivery while staying connected to national peers and broader people initiatives.Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and working closely with the Divisional General Manager, this is a visible and hands-on role. You''ll manage the full generalist remit from employee relations and coaching to workforce planning and organisational change.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary HR contact for SA, building strong relationships with leaders and staffSupport line managers with employee relations, performance, workforce planning and organisational changeDeliver onboarding, induction and compliance processes in partnership with leadersContribute to national projects and people initiatives alongside the wider teamCoach and support managers to strengthen capability and embed good HR practiceManage local HR processes including policy advice, injury management and remuneration reviewsProvide insights and feedback to inform continuous improvement and broader HR strategyFoster a collaborative, inclusive and safety-focused cultureCandidate ProfileYou''re a capable HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a relationship-driven role, and brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
