Prepare, analyze, and report on budgets and forecasts, with a focus on Freight and Warehouse cost drivers and variances.Maintain and enhance internal accounting controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Conduct weekly and monthly variance analysis on supply chain costs; support month-end close.Develop and implement standardized, user-friendly reporting formats; ensure actionable insights reach key stakeholders.Deliver timely and accurate financial information to Supply Chain, Procurement, and other core business teams for day-to-day decision-making.Support the evaluation of business cases for investments and continuous improvement opportunities.Partner with business units to identify cost savings and validate Strategic Cost Advantage (SCA) project outcomes.Advocate for and influence operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and driving accountability.Support the Finance team in presenting financial results to the leadership team.Contribute to business finance activities and cross-functional projects as required.What you''ll need to be successful. Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.CPA/CA qualification or equivalent.3-4+ years finance/accounting experience, ideally within chartered, manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer retail sectors.Demonstrated numerical curiosity, accuracy, and analytical rigor with advanced Excel skills.Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and the ability to build effective relationships.Experience using business reporting tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI.Proactive attitude with a growth mindset and a strong drive for continuous personal and professional development.Ability to interpret and align strategies to broader business objectives.Eagerness to be actively involved at various levels of the organization.About the team.You will report to the Finance ManagerSupply Chain & Procurement and be part of a high-performing, collaborative Finance team.
