DUTIES OF THE ROLE:Provide effective treatment, advice and guidance for Remedial & Sports massage as well as pregnancy relaxation and lymphatic drainage massage.Liaise with other modalities to craft holistic treatment plans.Innovate to continually improve on client outcomes.Support the growth and professionalism of the practice.Support the growth and professionalism of colleagues.Learn from colleagues with more experience. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ROLE:Diploma Qualified in Remedial Massage Therapy, Myotherapy or Bowen Therapy.Member of an industry association, in the process of becoming a member, or open to becoming a member.Health fund certified, in the process of becoming certified or open to becoming certified.Able to provide, or open to learning remedial hot stones, cupping or dry needling therapies.Results-oriented.Comfortable explaining findings to clients.Willing to recommend follow-up care ethically.Open to feedback and adapting to systems and technology.Reliable, professional, and self-motivate.
