Job Description

What This Job Involves This Centre Manager will look after the daytoday property management of Floreat Forum and West Leederville Shopping Centre in accordance with duties and KPIs identified with the Management Agreement. You will take responsibility and lead by example a team in managing, leasing, marketing and operating the centres to the very highest of professional standards to maximise the net return to the Owner. Implementation of all responsibilities as specified in the Management Agreement. Preparation and analysis of income/expenditure budgets, business plans, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts and audits in accordance with the owners critical dates. Communicate strategy and asset/business plans to the management team. If required, assist in preparation of Leasing Documentation/Disclosure Packages as per Owners requirements and in conjunction with the Leasing Agent. Maintaining the centres to the very highest of standards and minimising the liability risk exposure of the Owner and JLL. Regular site property inspections and completing Property Inspection reports. Follow up on any issues in a timely manner. Work with external consultants and implement any recommendations to improve retailer productivity and presentation. Develop and maintain positive relationships with retailers to ensure that all opportunities are explored to improve productivity. Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Required Previous 5+ years retail property management experience is required with a thorough knowledge of all property related functions and the Retail Act. Real Estate & Business Sales Representative Registration (including Property Managers) within the State of Western Australia is required. Excellent reporting, analysing and Microsoft Office skills Desired experience and technical skills Degree in Property, Business, Management or related discipline is desirable.
