Head of Sales Dragon, Quiksilver, Roxy & Coast Eyewear (Australia & New Zealand)Location: Hybrid or Onsite Torquay, Victoria or Sydney, NSWCompany: Marchon Eyewear AustraliaRole Type: FulltimeAre you an accomplished sales leader with a deep understanding of action sports, lifestyle retail, and eyewear? Marchon is seeking a highimpact Head of Sales to drive commercial performance and accelerate distribution of Dragon, Quiksilver, Roxy and Coast Eyewear across the Australian action sports and retail channels.This is a key commercial leadership role responsible for delivering strong sales growth, managing key account relationships, and working crossfunctionally with supply chain, customer service, warehouse and marketing teams to ensure outstanding execution.What Youll DoDeliver profitable sales results across action sports and retail channels.Build and execute strategic sales plans that meet or exceed budget targets.Strengthen relationships with key account groups and identify opportunities for expansion.Manage and Develop Sales Teams & AgentsLead, motivate, and coach internal sales staff and external agents.Ensure consistent call cycles and achievement of KPIs.Monitor and report on performance and customer engagement.Collaborate With CrossFunctional Marchon TeamsWork with Supply Chain to recommend assortments, provide sellthrough feedback and support forecasting.Collaborate with Customer Service & Warehouse to ensure fulfillment, service quality and account satisfaction.Work closely with Marketing to implement campaigns and retail activations.Key Account & Channel DevelopmentLead growth in Australian and New Zealand action sports and retail markets.Maintain strong relationships with key partners and distributors across sunglass and snow channels.Develop annual sales budgets by brand and Sales Representative.Product, Merchandising & Retail SupportProvide insights to support global and regional product direction.Oversee product reviews, assortment planning, and merchandising needs.Ensure the sales team communicates product stories and brand positioning.Who You AreA proven sales leader in action sports, lifestyle retail, or consumer categories.Skilled in customer relationships and commercial delivery.Comfortable working crossfunctionally in a fastpaced environment.Passionate about product, retail execution, and brand development.Our ValuesWe care.
