In this role you will have ultimate responsibility for the P&L of the State and delivery of agreed growth plans.You will lead and develop a large team of 24 direct reports and ensure efficient operation and growth of the financial planning businesses within the State.The Head of Shadforth is responsible for the end to end client service, delivery of the national Shadforth advice proposition, investment philosophy and client experience to clients locally in each State.
