This role is all about creating safe, joyful, and engaging experiences where children feel a sense of belonging, confidence, and fun before and after school.As OSHC Director, you will lead a program that puts children at the centre. You will support educators to design play-based experiences that reflect children''s interests, strengths, and ideas, and help them build friendships, resilience, and independence in a relaxed, welcoming environment.In this role, you will:Lead the day-to-day operation and future growth of a vibrant OSHC serviceWork alongside educators to deliver high-quality, engaging programs shaped by children''s voicesWork closely with families and children with additional needs to ensure inclusive, supportive, and positive experiencesPartner with the OSHC Regional Manager to strengthen practice, systems, and sustainabilityBuild strong, positive relationships with the school, families, and the local communityLead and support a passionate team of educators who make every session fun, safe, and meaningful for childrenThis is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in children''s everyday experiences while leading a service that values play, connection, and quality care.This is a full time leadership opportunity with a salary of $85,685+ ECEC retention payment + superannuation.Y Employee BenefitsAt the Y, we value our people.
