As a Consultant in Obstetric Medicine, you''ll deliver comprehensive care to highrisk obstetric patients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and babies. Key responsibilities: provide specialist obstetric medicine consultations and management collaborate with multidisciplinary teams participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and ward rounds contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance mentor junior medical staff and participate in teaching programmes The Total Indicative Remuneration figure is calculated taking into account base salary, leave loading and superannuation as well as managerial allowances, professional development or any other allowances where appropriate. Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent appropriate specialist qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award Checks: DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) National Police Check (National Police Certificate) for general employment probity, vulnerable personrelated employment and aged care sector screening To excel in this role, you''ll have extensive experience in highrisk obstetric medicine and strong communication and teamwork skills. Certification with the Society of Obstetric Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (SOMANZ) is highly desirable.
