Overview Full-time Branch Manager role in our Leopold Branch 5 days per week, Monday - Friday 8:45am 5:30pm. Lead with purpose while driving new business and sustainable growth. Responsibilities Drive the overall performance of our busy Leopold Branch through coaching and mentoring, leadership, and direction Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; ensuring that your team understands the importance of seizing every opportunity to build customer advocacy Ensure that the standards, procedures, and systems set out at NAB remain in place across the branch Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division Lead with a growth mindset, building a high-performing team while pro-actively acquiring and expanding customer relationships What Youll Bring Minimum 3 years experience in leadership roles, with the ability to inspire and influence others; experience in Retail Banking will be highly regarded A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile An ability to work collaboratively as a team and resilience, self-motivation and energy to create our signature customer experience A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately An appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of our customers A diverse and inclusive workplace We know that our people make us who we are.
