Youll Make An Impact ByDevelop and manage digital platforms to effectively promote the Dubbo Region, ensuring accurate and compelling content across all platformsDevelop and oversee the creation of a series of destination guides aimed at attracting visitors, supporting events, and engaging new residentsProvide strategic advice on media selection, messaging, and campaign effectiveness to internal stakeholdersCultivate stakeholder relationships to facilitate collaborative marketing efforts and drive business partnershipsSupport local businesses and initiatives to boost visitor numbers, new residents, and event participation What You''ll BringTo thrive in this role, you will need:A degree in Marketing, Tourism, Communications or a related discipline or experience commensurate to the qualificationMin 3 years'' experience in the development and implementation of tourism-related promotional and marketing campaigns including budgeting and performance reportingDemonstrated superior level of written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated experience in development of collateral including producing engaging content and overseeing design and productionDemonstrated experience in management of websites and knowledge and effective application of digital communications including websites and social mediaAbility to collect, collate, analyse and report on campaign performance, market data and consumer behaviour We Would Also Love You To HaveDemonstrated experience in driving successful cooperative projects with industry or government stakeholders Ready to make a difference?Join us, and help strengthen our community and your career.
