Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the position is accountable for ensuring AMES meets statutory, regulatory, workforce and operational obligations as a publicly funded provider operating across migration, settlement, employment and education services. The role is also responsible for strengthening volunteer engagement and participation. You will bring a track record of achievement in a demanding HR executive role and be able to operate at both the strategic and operational levels. As an empathic and collegiate leader, you will be a trusted adviser and highly motivated to nurture and develop a professional and engaged people and culture team aligned to internal client needs. Extensive experience leading P&C functions within multi-faceted and complex organisations with diverse workforces is expected. Motivational fit will be an important consideration in the selection criteria.
