About the Client Our client is a well-established Australian wine producer with significant vineyard holdings and a long history in both bulk and bottled wine supply. Historically bulkled, the business is now deliberately shifting toward highermargin branded and export growth, with strong momentum already emerging across Japan, India and key international markets. The business is investing in senior commercial capability to support its next phase of growth. With strong domestic foundations already in place, the focus is firmly on new customer acquisition, international expansion, and longterm relationship building. About the Role This is a senior sales leadership role focused on driving new business development and revenue growth across Australia and international markets, with export representing a key growth priority alongside domestic opportunities. Working closely with the commercial and winemaking leadership team, the role is highly autonomous and suited to someone who thrives in a frontofmarket, relationshipled sales environment. The emphasis is on opening doors, leveraging established networks, and converting opportunities across bulk and branded wine channels. The role will involve regular domestic and international travel, including attendance at global trade shows and customer meetings. The position is open to candidates based in Victoria or South Australia, with flexible working arrangements and regular engagement with the broader business.
