Essential Qualifications Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in clinical/management roles within residential aged care, including expertise in complex care planning. Leadership: Proven track record as a clinical manager, exhibiting strong leadership and conflict resolution skills. Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards. Team Development: Ability to effectively coach and mentor team members, driving performance and professional growth. Registrations: Current Tasmania WWVP registration with NDIS Endorsement. Understanding of Operations: Knowledge of the interplay between clinical and operational elements in an aged care context.
