Currently navigating an era of unprecedented market demand, the business is investing heavily in its national infrastructure to facilitate rapid expansion. The Role Reporting directly to the CEO and acting as a key architect of the brands growth strategy, you will take full ownership of their supply chain that spans both in-house operations and a diverse 3PL network. Overhauling delivery routes and partnerships to ensure efficiency and reliability in the final stage of the customer journey. Collaborating with finance and commercial leads to forecast demand and model the infrastructure required to support significant future volume. Dedicating approximately 20% of your remit to the Sales & Operations Planning process, bridging the gap between sales forecasts and operational execution. Identifying immediate financial leakages within the supply chain and executing lean strategies to drive rapid bottom-line improvements. Your Background We are seeking a commercially minded supply chain expert with the ability to drive impact at both a tactical and strategic level with: Significant experience navigating the unique challenges of frozen and chilled food distribution, including compliance and temperature monitoring. Experience operating in a senior supply chain role within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment. A proven track record of managing and optimising external logistics partners to achieve peak performance. The ability to use data to tell a story, utilising financial modelling to justify capital expenditure and network changes. Success in taking a fragmented or regional operation and transitioning it into a streamlined, nationalised function. Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related Business discipline are essential.
