WHAT IS THE ROLE & WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? This role sits in our Airline Client Service team reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will be responsible for a regional portfolio of revenue (win and maintain), through effectively managing a small team of experienced Business Development Directors (win) and Client Relationship Directors (maintain). You will be responsible for supporting your team to build strategic client plans and relationships, and developing business with major Airlines across a range of countries within a specified region. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Well connected in the airline industry and have developed and secured revenue with airlines or large retail organisations; experience with tender processes is a plus. Experience in product development life cycle, having been involved in developing bespoke products. Longstanding success in managing business development teams. Passion for luxury products is highly desirable. As you will work from our HQ based in Melbourne, Australia, some regular travel will be required.
