Our global footprint and collaborative approach mean our team engage in a diverse range of projects/commodities and contribute to mining excellence across the globe.Core Functions of the RoleMineral resource estimation, exploration & resource definition drillingMine geology, reconciliation, and drilling optimisationDue diligence reviewsActing as CP/QP in at least one commodity style (JORC/NI 43101 preferred)Peer review, training, and mentoring of other Geologists within the Australian teamBusiness development and client relationship buildingAssisting with mining studies where requiredProposal generation and project managementAbout YouYou are a skilled professional who takes pride in your ability to work autonomously and collaboratively on complex projects within a team environmentYou have experience working across a range of commodities, mineralisation styles, and geological settings, and can act as a CP/QP in at least one commodity/mineralisation styleHave been working in resource estimation for at least 10 years (12 15 preferred)You are comfortable training and mentoring junior staff members in all aspects of the resource estimation processYou have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou have excellent interpersonal skills and have a demonstrated ability to grow strong relationships within a team, with clients, and within our industryYou display great time management and problemsolving skills and are competent in the use of geological software such as Datamine, Supervisor, Surpac or Leapfrog (Geo or Edge)Employee Benefits13 weeks Long Service LeaveFlexible work optionsDiscounted health insurance and health servicesEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounts with travel providers, online shopping, sports, and entertainmentWant to learn more about usVisit our About us page: #J-18808-Ljbffr
