You are a natural people person who thrives when walking the floors, touching base with residents, families and staff.ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and manage staff to deliver highquality care and operational excellenceAllocate resources and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring high team engagementDevelop and implement occupancy sales strategies, contributing to profitabilityCommunicate effectively with staff, residents, families and stakeholdersAssess complex situations, make decisions and implement solutions in highpressure environmentsOversee quality management systems, risk management protocols, and continuous improvement practicesCoordinate operations, staffing and services for new facility commissioningQualificationsMinimum 3 years of aged care management experienceStrong people and people management skills, with a passion for resident outcomesCommercial flair, budgeting and financial management acumen, with cost control capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with appreciation for a multicultural healthcare workforceKnowledge and experience in implementing and overseeing quality management systemsBachelor''s degree in Health Services Management, Nursing, Aged Care, or Business Administration (NDIS compliance preferred)Proven experience leading a team, ensuring highquality care and effective operational managementKnowledge of aged care standards, regulatory frameworks and compliance with the Aged Care ActBenefitsCare fully appreciates that our home is their home.
