These roles are primarily for Aged Care clients looking for inhome support however there is some Disability support work also included. We require qualified people looking to work Monday to Friday 7am 6pm (majority is school hours) and those interested in occasional weekend and sleepover shifts. Our weekday salary for a qualified worker starts at $44.96 per hour with weekend rates starting at $62.95 per hour. Transport/travel with a client attracts additional rates however there is no travel payment between clients.Our Support Workers provide 1:1 support to our Aged and/or Disability clients across the Mornington Peninsula area working alongside our dedicated team of Nurses, Community Support Professionals and other partners. This role provides our clients their day to day support needs to reach their goals.Whilst experience in the sector is preferred, onthejob training is available to help you jumpstart your career. A Certificate III or IV in aged care or disability is desirable but not essential as we have plenty of shifts for nonqualified workers!Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability) preferred.
