We''re looking for enthusiastic, professional and flexible individuals to be part of the team delivering the iconic Melbourne Cup Carnival at Flemington Place.At Victoria Racing Club (VRC), we''re not just about race dayswe''re about creating world-class experiences for members, guests, and the broader community.About the OpportunityWe''re on the lookout for a highly capable and collaborative Precinct Operations Coordinatorto support and enhance the operations that help power one of Melbourne''s most iconic institutions.As Precinct Operations Coordinator, you''ll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations across our world-class precinct. From programming building management systems to consulting with contractors and internal teams, you''ll ensure our permanent and temporary facilities are prepped, polished and ready to deliver exceptional event experiences.You''ll also play a key role on event daysmanaging helpdesk operations, supporting venue openings, and overseeing venue usagemaking this the ideal role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action.What you''ll be responsible forAssist in coordinating maintenance and operations of all permanent facilities across Flemington Racecourse, including management of event/maintenance operating system.
