OverviewWhat To Expect As a Used Vehicle Refurbishment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the refurbishment process of traded in Tesla vehicles to internal guidelines, preparing vehicles for resale. The role is to ensure the administration and organisation of used vehicles are completed to Tesla internal guidelines and targets, collaborating with various business units to meet internal KPI''s and standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and clear priority assignment logic while being able to effectively communicate updates and operational improvements. Bring your passion for Tesla and a sense of adventure to help change the world, one vehicle at a time, a get-it-done mentality for all of the situations is expected.What You''ll DoCreate and update repair visits and prepare parts, body shop estimates and Purchase orders when applicableMove vehicles to be available at time of scheduled refurbishment dateLiaise with third party vendors as requiredForward planning and resource management for forecasted workloadDemonstrate ability to follow basic guidelines and standards for systems and inspectionsInterface with support admin teams (Order Operations, DMV, Remarketing), as well as service, sales and logistics to seamlessly coordinate all aspects of the delivery and vehicle movements for Service Centre and Tesla direct delivery. As needed, communicate directly with lending institutions and external trade-in partnersCoordinate final completion times with concerned partiesBuild relationships and manage communication between detail, service and delivery teams with a prompt response timeAct as the last line of defines for quality and customer experience, communicate feedback to program management and other relevant parties to drive departmental efficiency and company-wide improvementsContribute ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and proceduresDemonstrate knowledge of all Tesla products and standards, Keep up with industry trends and best practicesProactively and consistently, update systems to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to managementWhat You''ll BringExceptional verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter who takes initiative, goal-oriented and highly motivatedCreative thinker with the ability to resolve critical problems quickly and independentlyAble to build and maintain strong working relationships across several business unitsMust hold a full local Driver Licence with an excellent and safe driving history which must be maintainedExperience working with EVs or Hybrid Vehicles a bonus.A creative problem solver who is open to new ideas, approaches and an advocate for the Tesla brand #J-18808-Ljbffr
