You will be responsible for ensuring your section runs efficiently and to the highest standards. As a key team member, you will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic to the kitchen, maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality in all tasks.The Ideal Candidate Must HaveDemonstrated experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in an a-la-carte restaurantResilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamExcellent communication and time management skillsOutgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operationsExcellent attention to detailCalm and composed demeanourAble and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsWorking with Lucas CollectiveWe exist to see our team succeed.
