Our systems are used by many popular food brands in Australia and serve millions of users daily through our POS, online ordering, kiosks, and mobile applications.As part of our dedication to maintaining a secure, robust and reliable IT infrastructure, we are seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team.The RoleAs an IT Infrastructure Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problemsolving skills, and a passion for technology.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Windows, Linux).Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform proactive maintenance to ensure uptime.Manage user and client lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding staff, device setup, licensing, and Redcat application provisioning.Support and maintain internal IP networks, DNS, DHCP, and wired/wireless configurations.Assist in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments, and project support with crossfunctional teams.Ensure compliance with security protocols, manage backups, disaster recovery, and respond to security incidents.Maintain accurate documentation and recommend process or technology improvements.Provide onsite and remote support, including occasional afterhours maintenance.Key Skills1+ years'' experience in Cloud Platform, DevOps, or Operations Technician role.Tertiary IT qualification or equivalent industry experience.Linux and Windows systems administration.SQL database management.Microsoft 365 Admin Center.Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Node.js (or similar).Networking & core internet protocols.Microsoft Server 2012/2016.Our ValuesIntegrity - We stand for integrityTeamwork - Together we shineCustomer Centric - We have the customer at the HeartInnovation - Be the agent of changeAccountability - We deliver what we promiseWhy Join Us?To attract the best people, we understand that it takes more than just a generous salary.
