We value strong storytelling, thoughtful design, and collaborative problem-solving and we''re looking for someone who can lead creatively while still staying close to the work.ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Art Director, you will:Shape and contribute to the creative vision of projects, ensuring work aligns with client objectives and brand standardsDevelop and refine creative concepts alongside strategy, accounts, and production teamsReview storyboards, design concepts, and edits, providing clear, constructive feedback that elevates the final outputApply strong design principles and storytelling techniques across animation and live-action projectsSupport and mentor creative team members through collaboration and thoughtful creative directionSupport client communications, including presentations, feedback sessions, and creative reviewsWork closely with project leads to help manage timelines, scope, and creative deliveryBuild strong relationships with external collaborators such as illustrators, animators, storyboard artists, and voice-over talentStep into a producer role when required managing projects end-to-end, coordinating suppliers, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful deliveryIf you were with us last week, you would have:Reviewed and refined storyboards for an animated campaign, strengthening narrative flow and visual clarityProvided detailed creative feedback on design and animation work-in-progress to raise overall qualityCollaborated with strategy and account teams to develop a strong creative direction for a new client briefJoined a client presentation to help articulate creative rationale and guide feedback discussionsSupported a project lead to ensure creative delivery stayed on track, on brief, and within scopeSkills, education & experience3+ years'' experience in a creative roleDemonstrated experience contributing to creative concept development for animation, video, or design projectsStrong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and design principlesConfidence reviewing creative work and providing clear, constructive feedback to improve outcomesWorking knowledge of animation and live-action production workflowsFamiliarity with tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)Formal qualifications in design, animation, or a related creative discipline are valued, but strong experience and a relevant portfolio are just as important. #J-18808-Ljbffr
