This role will be working on a variety of exciting and diverse events within the sporting industry.As a Venue Operations Supervisors (VOS) you will assist in the daytoday coordination of the operational needs of our premier facility. You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of the technical, logistical, and troubleshooting aspects of bookings and events, performing key contact duties for large events. This involves everything from coordinating and completing bump in/out, often requiring handson physical labour, liaising with clients and contractors, directing staff, and doing whatever it takes to ensure the venue is prepared to the required standard and on time.About YouWe are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and selfdriven Venue Operations Supervisors (VOS) to join our busy and happy teams at the State Netball and Hockey Centre. It is essential that you can think on your feet and problem solve when issues arise. Remaining calm under pressure and resolving conflict are two essential qualities that you must have.The successful applicant will need to be available to work flexible hours including weekends to meet our business needs.
