Work Type: Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time, Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time. FTE: Location: Atwell. Closing Date: 2026-02-10 4:30 PM. This is a pool for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies that may arise during the 2026 school year. The RoleAs a Special Needs Education Assistant, you will, under teacher direction, assist in education programs and promote a supportive, inclusive learning environment. You will assist in delivering planned education programs to help students reach their full potential across academic, social, emotional and physical domains, including the operation of computers and digital technologies. You will provide feedback on education and therapy programs and participate in the evaluation process related to goals in special education. You should have strong interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with staff to meet student needs. Applicants should have knowledge and experience of working with students with a range of disabilities and learning difficulties and the ability to support student growth both academically and socially within the classroom.
