We need someone confident, capable, and ready to steer the venue when it counts.A day in the life of a Senior Assistant Manager:Running major shifts across bar, bistro, gaming & functionsActing as the Venue Managers trusted second-in-chargeLeading large teams through peak trade with confidenceMaintaining venue standards, compliance & operational excellenceDriving a strong, consistent guest experienceOwning training, development & team cultureSupporting rostering, performance, and daily venue operationsInherent requirements:This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
