OverviewWe are looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinators to assist with managing our services and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. These permanent part-time opportunities offer between 20-30 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators. These roles are available across the Perth metropolitan area. Submit your application now, and we''ll work with you to find the best service, team, role and area to match you!You will work across split shifts to support the services operating hours of Monday Friday, 6:50am 8:50am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30pm 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too! About the role Co-managing a team of Educators, you''ll have the perfect balance of support and leadership opportunities. You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years, with the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Responsibilities Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into! Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration Who are we looking for? We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids Strong and clear communication Team player with a desire to become a service leader Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we''ll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children Australian work rights Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA Whatu2019s in it for you?
