Job Description

Position Profile: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill Administrative Assistant positions. In this role, the successful applicant(s) will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely information for the rostering of midwifery staff and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Maternity Unit Team. Other key duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to: Responsible for ensuring data entry, roster generation and authorisation to ensure that staff rosters are correct and timely in RoStar;Liaises with the Midwifery Management team to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained each shift, responsible for the filling of roster deficits in consultation with the midwifery management team;Prepares and collates agendas, associated documents and minute taking for maternity unit meetings and other meetings as required;Performs duties in accordance with Government, WA Health, East Metropolitan Health Service and Departmental / Program specific policies and procedures.
