This role offers the opportunity to join a growing, experienced team and to take on a senior leadership role that shapes work with real consequence. As Director, Impact Advisory, you will lead complex client engagements, support and grow the advisory team, and contribute to the direction and credibility of Impact Seeds work across Western Australia. The role combines handson advisory leadership with the opportunity to influence how impact is designed, measured and backed. Current and recent client examples include State Government (DPIRD, DWER and Keystart), Corporates (South32, CBH, Rio Tinto), Aboriginal Organisations (The Pilbara Ranger Network, Yinhawangka Aboriginal Corporation, WA Mirning People Aboriginal Corporation, Indigenous Desert Alliance), NFPs (The Kids Institute, WA Return Recycle Renew, Volunteering WA, Perth NRM) and a wide range of social and First Nations enterprises. More information on our services is available here. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee a portfolio of complex, multistakeholder advisory projects across sectors. Provide strategic direction and quality assurance across project design, analysis, facilitation and deliverables. Support clients to navigate complex systems challenges and deliver measurable social, environmental and economic outcomes. Team Leadership & Capability Building Manage, mentor and develop Impact Consultants and Specialists, supporting their technical growth and career progression. Build team capability in strategy, outcomes management, evaluation and systems thinking. Contribute to resourcing, workplanning and the ongoing scaling of the impact advisory team. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as a senior trusted advisor to government, corporate, Aboriginal corporation and communitysector clients. Lead highlevel stakeholder engagement and facilitate complex workshops and decisionmaking processes. Maintain strong, valuesaligned relationships with partners, funders and collaborators. Business Development & Growth Lead and support business development activities including opportunity identification, proposal development and pitching. Contribute to the evolution of Impact Seeds service offerings and gotomarket strategy. Represent Impact Seed externally through networks, events and thought leadership as appropriate. Required Experience Musthave 10+ years experience in consulting, strategy, program leadership or impactfocused roles across government, private or social sectors. Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and managing multiple engagements simultaneously. Strong systems thinking capability and a deep understanding of the Western Australian context. Proven people leadership experience, including mentoring and managing highperforming teams. Experience in strategy development, qualitative and financial analysis, and market or policy research. Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated experience working with First Nations organisations and an understanding of cultural considerations. Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable operating in a dynamic, projectbased environment. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AIenabled tools. Experience in impact measurement, evaluation or ESG. Strong client relationship management and business development track record. Experience contributing to organisational growth. Qualifications A strong academic record including a graduate degree in Business, Social Science, Sustainability, Public Policy/Administration, Law or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
