Were seeking an Operations Manager to lead our operational function, strengthen the performance of the business, and support the delivery of outstanding client service.This is a pivotal role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and is passionate about building a culture of excellence.This role could also be ideal for someone who is currently a high-performing Client Services Manager and is ready to expand their responsibilities. You do not need to have extensive leadership experience just strong operational capability, sound judgement, and the drive to grow into a leadership position.About the RoleReporting to the Director, the Operations Manager ensures the day-to-day running of the practice is seamless, efficient, and aligned with strategic objectives.
