People Services OfficerYour OpportunityWe are looking for an on-site People Services Officer to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent, and timely HR services across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the People Services, Systems & Data Manager, you will work alongside two other officers in a hands-on, operational role. What your day would look like:Act as the first point of contact for People & Culture queries, providing timely and accurate adviceHandle more complex enquiries that involve investigation and interpretationManage employee end-to-end lifecycle activities (onboarding, termination, variations)Manage accurate employee records at all times across HR systemsManage our shared inboxes (including a ticket-based system) and queries in line with our service level agreementsIdentify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesEscalate matters appropriately while maintaining ownership of the task You have:Experience in an HR administration/shared services roleExperience working with HR systems and data (HRIS experience highly regarded)Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to workStrong HR foundations, with experience in interpreting policies, awards and agreementsExperience with managing competing priorities in a busy environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsA strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAn ability to pick up new technologies and software, including web-based platformsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel The Team Our People & Culture team has undergone significant transformation since 2024.
