You''ll assess liability, apportionment, and quantum, handle credit hire and recovery processes, and respond to legal demands. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, you''ll drive strategic outcomes, support continuous improvement, and contribute to a high-performing, customer-first culture. This is a permanent full-time role based in Meanjin (Brisbane).What You''ll Do Manage end-to-end claims for complex motor cases with accuracy and efficiency. Assess liability, apportionment, and quantum, including loss of income and demurrage. Oversee credit hire and recovery processes from a defendant perspective. Respond to legal demands and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
