Your Role As the Program Management and Reporting Coordinator,you''ll play a key role in supporting the delivery and impact of state-wide membership programs that make a real difference in communities. Working within the Membership, Volunteers and Early Intervention Directorate (MVEI), you''ll coordinate programs such as WE CARE, NILS, EAPA, ERF and Twinning, ensuring they are implemented consistently across the state and aligned with the Society''s Strategic Plan. You''ll work closely with the Manager, Membership Programs and regional teams, helping turn strategy into meaningful outcomes for members, volunteers and the people we serve. Please note this is a Max-term full time opportunity to October 2026 with possible extension. Your Responsibility Coordinate the delivery and implementation of state-wide member programsMaintain accurate, timely and compliant reporting for internal and external governance bodiesCollate, analyse and interpret data to measure program performance, outcomes and impactSupport planning, review and continuous improvement of member programsProvide clear program information and guidance to regional operations and Conference teamsBuild strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersContribute to effective risk management, compliance and workplace health and safety practices You Will Need Bring experience coordinating programs and reporting on their effectiveness, ideally in a not-for-profit or membership-based environmentBe confident analysing data and presenting insights to inform decision-makingCommunicate clearly and professionally across a range of audiencesManage competing priorities while working both independently and collaborativelyBe motivated by purpose, values and delivering positive impact for communities Desirable:Experience supporting members or volunteers in a values-led organisation.
