Together, we configure the landscape to meet the security, reliability, connectivity and sustainability needs for today and tomorrow.About the role:The Technical Procurement Specialist - Mechanical is responsible for supporting the endtoend engagement of major mechanical equipment and associated services for CDC Developments. This role ensures the provision of equipment and services that meet the highest standards of mechanical quality, reliability, and operational scalability, while securing optimal commercial terms to achieve business objectives.Other responsibilities include:Support planning for new data centre builds with mechanical input on equipment and construction needs.Align mechanical equipment requirements with project timelines, delivery milestones, and procurement from design through to commissioning.Provide mechanical expertise for proposals, supplier engagement, contractor coordination, and reporting on services status.Work with contractors and suppliers to procure equipment, manage risk, and maintain construction progress.Conduct site checks and assist with scope clarification, estimating, and invoicing requirements.Coordinate logistics, compliance activities, and continuous improvement across mechanical construction phases.What''s in it for you:CDC offers excellent employment conditions and benefits such as:CDC Academy -Make your mark by enhancing your professional development with the CDC Academy.
