With IUIH experiencing significant workforce growth over the decade the focus is on development, management and implementation of frameworks and programs to: increase Indigenous workforce participation, build required workforce capability through training and development opportunities, build workforce pathways, and create and nurture an innovative, inclusive, reflective and respectful environment built on Aboriginal Ways.About the Role?As the Administration Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Administrative Support Officers to deliver efficient and effective administrative services across the Organisational Development team.You will collaborate closely with Organisational Development team leads to ensure administrative tasks and responsibilities are delivered to a high standard, while providing leadership, guidance, and direction to your team to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
