About the role: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Senior Business Analyst who will join our IT team and drive business transformation by analysing data, defining requirements and design tech solutions that optimizes the processes. This role will report directly to the Business System Manager and is based full time on site at our Truganina support office, placing you at the heart of our dynamic IT Operations Your Mission: Act as the critical link between transport operations, business stakeholders, and IT delivery teams, ensuring alignment from strategy through execution Lead end-to-end business analysis across enterprise, digital, and transformation initiatives Translate complex operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements into clear functional and technical solutions Drive the adoption of AI-driven insights, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics within transport systems Facilitate stakeholder workshops, business process mapping, and solution design sessions Support Agile and hybrid delivery teams throughout development, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live optimisation Identify and recommend opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency gains using data, AI, and automation Conduct business reviews to assess current-state performance and identify improvement opportunities Lead business process re-engineering (BPR) workshops and support the design of future-state processes, policies, and procedures Develop comprehensive artefacts including business requirements, scope definitions, process models, functional designs, test scenarios, and user training materials Work closely with developers and delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business needs What you''ll bring to the table: years'' experience as a Business Analyst in digital, enterprise or technology-focused environments Experience within transport, logistics, supply chain, or infrastructure environments Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, data analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows Proven experience working across Agile, DevOps, and SDLC delivery models Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including senior leadership Experience contributing to large-scale, complex programs or transformation initiatives If you''re a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for seizing every opportunity to make an impact we want to hear from you.
