You will use your subject matter expertise and skills to ensure alignment to the Platform and Digital strategies.You''ll make an impact by:You are an influential member of the platform team that delivers great customer experiences to our key customer facing channels. We deliver digital self- service capabilities that enable our customers to bank how they want and when they want. We make our customers lives easier by delivering new features and removing frictionAssess, investigate and implement fixes to support issues, maintenance and on-going performance monitoringSuggest and help implement CI in order to build a high performing teamDevelop, review and test configuration of application releases, product changes, and critical patchesResearch and debug technical processes using sources such as error logs and product technical documentation to help identify solutions to resolve problems or improve efficiencyDevelop automated and manual testing of solutions for new initiatives and issuesProvide specialist knowledge to document the applications, internal support processes, risks, issues and actions.Write detailed solution design specifications and option papers for new initiativesAdhere to version control standards and management of various projects and softwareDemonstrate and uphold coding best practices through collaboration, reviews and toolingActive participation in all Delivery Team Agile CeremoniesStakeholder engagement and collaborationSupport with development team standards, practices, tools and processesSupport team members to achieve their goals and team goalsDo things differently with usTo succeed in this role, you will have:Minimum 5 years'' experience in IT with a background in Applications Development and Support.High level of enthusiasm and drive to deliver change in a dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal, communication and team building skillsBalanced business and technical focus with an eye for continual systems/process improvementsStrong technical knowledge across Javascript, Protocols, GIT, software architectures and the Android and iOS platforms.
