AZ TEK AUTO Electrical is seeking two qualified and experienced Motor Mechanics to join our growing automotive repair business. This full-time position is ideal for motivated professionals who take pride in high-quality workmanship and accurate diagnostics. Motor Mechanic Full Time (2 Positions Available) About the Role You will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and testing motor vehicles and other internal combustion engines, including associated mechanical and electrical components. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Detecting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in engines and components Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms, and other components Inspecting parts for wear or damage and checking components against service manuals Repairing and replacing worn or defective parts and reassembling mechanical components Performing scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrication, and engine tune-ups Ensuring vehicles comply with pollution control and safety regulations Reassembling engines and components after repair Testing and adjusting mechanical parts to ensure correct performance Diagnosing and testing components using computer-based diagnostic equipment Inspecting vehicles and issuing roadworthiness certificates or detailing work required to achieve roadworthiness (where applicable) Responding to vehicle breakdown service calls as required.
