The role is responsible for evolving and leading our enterprise-wide insights function at Benetas. The Insights Manager will be responsible for continuing to build an efficient team and delivering meaningful insights on a regular basis to address a wide variety of internal and external stakeholder needs.About the roleBuilding a deeper understanding of our current and prospective customers and delivering actionable insights to the business which will help inform short- and long-term organisational priorities.Recruiting and managing our Consumer Advisory BodyGrowing awareness of our brand as a thought leader by delivering high quality, innovative, and actionable research for advocacy on issues facing the aged care sector and older people generally.This role sits on the Leadership team of the Customer, Insights and Marketing team, and reports into the GM, Customer, Insights & Marketing.
