This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, flexible, and eager to be part of a caring and professional environment.What We OfferA supportive and welcoming team environment within a fantastic company culture and strong brand that you can stand proudly behind.No late evenings (our centre is open Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Saturdays 8:30am - 2:30pm) and health centres that are located near public transport hubs.Opportunities for professional development and trainingCompetitive hourly rate based on experienceA modern, well-equipped practice in a convenient location.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting the dentist during procedures, including chair-side support and sterilisation of instruments.Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments.Managing patient appointments, bookings and recalls.Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.Handling patient enquiries and coordinating patient care.Maintaining patient records and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.Managing payments and health fund claims.What We Are Looking ForMinimum 2 years'' experience as a dental assistant and/or dental receptionist is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, friendly attitude with a strong focus on patient careGood organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in dental software (Oasis, Examine Pro) is a plus but not essential.How to applyIf you''re passionate about dentistry open to potential additional shifts, we''d love to hear from you!
