In this integral role, you will deliver essential administrative support to the Plant Manager, leadership team, and key departmentsfacilitating seamless communication and efficient operations across the site. Your contributions will be central to driving site and community engagement, overseeing records management, coordinating purchasing activities, and advancing broader organisational goals. What Youll Be Doing. Manage reception and common areas to welcome visitors Support the Plant Manager and leadership team with scheduling and communications Coordinate travel, expense claims, and office purchases Organise site events, donations, and community initiatives Maintain records and oversee document control Provide general administrative support and liaise with suppliers Prepare regular internal communications What Youll Need To Be Successful. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or administrator, ideally in a fast-paced, manufacturing, or operations environment Discretion, professionalism, and integrity in all tasks Strong verbal and written communication skills for all audiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar systems Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Initiative and sound judgement in issue resolution or escalation Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable approach Able to work independently and contribute to team objectives About The Team.
