Bridge Road were born in Victoria''s High Country but their beer has long had a presence in South Australia. They''re looking for a new sales rep to take the reins in that territory. Job Description: Sales Representative Bridge Road Brewers is on the lookout for a passionate, driven, and industry savvy Sales Representative to take the reins of our South Australian territory. This is an established and high-performing region thats seen exceptional growth over recent years, so youll be stepping into a territory with strong foundations, great customer relationships, and plenty of opportunity to build on existing momentum. About Bridge Road Brewers Were one of Australias pioneering independent breweries, fiercely passionate, proudly local, and over 20 years into shaping the craft beer scene. From our home in Beechworth at the foothills of the Victorian Alps (and our Melbourne brewery and venues), we brew award-winning beer, run thriving hospitality businesses, and deliver events that celebrate community, creativity, and great beers. The Role As our South Australian Sales Representative, youll be the face of Bridge Road Brewers in Adelaide and surrounding regions. Youll build on an already strong footprint by nurturing key accounts, developing new opportunities, and championing our brand in market. This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to someone who thrives on relationships, loves being out in venue, and takes real pride in growing an iconic independent brand. Key Responsibilities Managing and growing the South Australian on and off premise customer base Conducting regular scheduled venue visits, tastings, and educational sessions Advocating for the Bridge Road Brewers brand, values, and culture in market Managing your own visitation schedule, contact logs, and day-to-day operations Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and consumers Meeting agreed sales targets and contributing to broader national sales goals Providing weekly sales reporting through our CRM system Representing the brand at events, activations, and industry opportunities Other reasonable duties as directed by the General Manager or National Sales Manager About You Based in Adelaide with strong local market knowledge Proven experience in liquor, craft beer, FMCG, or hospitality sales Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously A natural relationship builder who enjoys being on the road and in venues Passionate about craft beer and independent Australian brands Confident using CRM systems and managing reporting requirements Why Bridge Road?
