Job Description

Overview Full-time position on 12 months contract (Maternity cover role) The opportunity The Relationship Specialist is responsible for supporting the conversion of business opportunities that drive Regis growth across Residential, Home Care and Retirement Villages, with a focus on increased occupancy, RADs and packages. These business opportunities are driven through a detailed understanding of referrer behaviour and the development of relationships with them. The Relationship Specialist will also work closely with key stakeholders across the operations and marketing teams to implement strategies that maximise business growth. The Relationship Specialist will support the Homes, Home Care and Retirement Village teams as subject matter experts for sales and admissions activities, occupancy, RAD and package targets at the local level. Success will be built upon strong relationships with all key stakeholders, both within and outside the organisation. The Relationship Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships. This role involves proactive communication, problem solving, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining relationships with key referrers that drive occupancy and increased Home Care packages by implementing strategies to achieve optimal commercial outcomes Building relationships with external stakeholders to optimise national outcomes Participating in the competitor and room pricing / package pricing analysis Supporting the delivery of meaningful and insightful reports for the region Delivering excellent customer service, contributing to team culture and positive working relationships Contributing to a safe, compliant living and working environment Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of aged care services. Advanced knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office computer programs Demonstrated success in a sales role Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement Ability to analyse data and produce clear and concise reports Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organisation and other relevant stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work plans, complete tasks on a timely basis and meet deadlines with an emphasis on accuracy and presentation Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team and autonomously Ability to work within the philosophy and framework of the Regis Group.
