Experience in the renewables sector is highly desirable.Reporting to the WHS Manager - Delivery and Operations, the Senior WHS Advisor - Delivery will oversee all work health and safety activities for Squadron Energy''s Uungula Wind Farm development. This includes providing expert safety advice, leading audits and inspections, and facilitating or reviewing incident investigations to ensure the highest WHS standards across the project. This position works closely with the Project Delivery team on site as well as the project''s Principal Contractor, playing a key role in fostering a proactive and collaborative safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong WHS leadership and help cultivate a robust, collaborative project safety culture grounded in open communication across SQE and contractor teams.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen safety awareness and commitment across construction activities.Role model a safety-first mindset, demonstrating personal accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality, timely outcomes.Provide clear, practical WHS advice and support to Squadron Energy leaders, employees, and contractors.Lead, support, and review incident investigations in line with WHS requirements (ICAM or similar).Work closely with the Project Management Team and the WHS Manager - Delivery and Operations to drive ongoing process and system improvements that enhance safety performance across construction projects.About YouYou will bring:Approximately 5+ years of field-based construction WHS experience in a similar role. Experience within renewables construction is advantageous.Prior experience operating in a client-side capacity and working collaboratively with Principal Contractors and key project stakeholders.A Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).ICAM (or equivalent) incident investigation qualification or demonstrated experience.Strong understanding and application of relevant WHS legislation relating to construction and high-risk work.Current CPR and First Aid certifications.To ApplySquadron Energy is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
