Overview Qi Flow Wellness is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wellness center located in St Lucia, Brisbane. We specialize in chronic pain management, stress and sleep restoration, women''s wellness, and preventative health care, providing root-cause solutions tailored to individual needs. Our services include acupuncture, TCM massage, myofascial release, cupping, cosmetic acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, reiki, and reflexology. With experienced, multilingual practitioners, we create personalized treatment plans in a peaceful, dedicated clinic space. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in St Lucia, QLD, for a TCM Practitioner. The TCM Practitioner will provide holistic treatments such as acupuncture, TCM massage, cupping, and other therapies based on individual client needs. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, developing personalized treatment plans, documenting care effectively, and maintaining a tranquil and professional clinic environment. The role also involves educating clients about preventive healthcare and collaborating with a team of experienced practitioners to deliver exceptional wellness outcomes. Qualifications Expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine practices, including acupuncture, TCM massage, cupping, and herbal medicine Strong consultation and diagnosis skills to identify and address root causes of health concerns Experience in chronic pain management, stress relief, womens wellness, and preventive health care Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a professional manner, with multilingual skills (English, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean) considered an advantage Valid practitioner accreditation and relevant certifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining updated knowledge in TCM practices Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain detailed client records and manage appointments Experience in holistic health or wellness initiatives is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
