A little taste of your day-to-day: Preparing and presenting Japanese-inspired dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency Ensuring quality and authenticity in every dish, from sushi and sashimi to hot dishes and sauces Keeping up to date with new recipes, ingredients, and techniques in Japanese and Asian fusion cooking Maintaining a clean, organised, and wellstocked work area in line with hygiene regulations Pitching in with team duties as neededincluding cleaning, prep, or assisting other sections What we need from you: At Crowne Plaza Adelaide, our goal is to make business travel work. We look for people who are dynamic, confident, and ambitiousthose who excel in their role and help our guests succeed too!
