Soul Origin Marion is currently seeking casual BARISTAS to join the team! Do you have a passion for coffee? Thrive in a fastpaced environment? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you! As a Soul Origin Barista, youll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. Youll Be Responsible For Serving our Soul Origin customers. Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages. Ensuring the coffee utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised regularly. To Be Successful Youll Have A minimum of 12 months experience as a Barista. A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers. Ability to work as a team when youre not making delicious coffee, youll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups. Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required. An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. An understanding of Specialty Coffee will be highly regarded.
