We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who shares our vision of building a sustainable and profitable major Australian gold business.We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Partner Systems to support Finance and wider business systems, ensuring data integrity and delivering effective business solutions across the organisation.Based at Westgolds Perth Head Office in our modern new offices, this is a permanent, fulltime position working a Monday to Friday roster.Reporting to the Supervisor Business Systems, this role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing our ERP environment while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.**About the Role**In this role, you will be responsible for supporting finance and business systems, with a strong focus on ERP administration and system optimisation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, develop system solutions, and ensure the integrity and usability of business data.**Key Responsibilities*** Act as the lead administrator for the ERP system (Pronto Xi 770)* Maintain user access, system security, and data integrity* Design and develop business solutions across various systems* Develop and maintain user guides and system documentation* Support finance and operational teams across supply chain, maintenance, and finance functions* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on systemrelated projects**About You**You are a proactive and detailoriented professional with strong ERP and business systems experience.
