*The Role An opportunity has become available for a Program Officer (Referral Strategy and Performance) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia. You will Coordinate referral projects and deliver sustainable work packagesSupport Smart Referrals governance, reporting and service expansionEngage stakeholders and lead effective communication and changePrepare executive reports using digital systems and MS Office toolsEnsure compliance with Gold Coast Health Service values and safety standards About you To be successful in this position you will require: Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis BTuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be requiredDeclaration of serious discipline history must be disclosedCriminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost) Benefits Flexible work optionsCareer DevelopmentSalary PackagingModern FacilitiesDiverse Work CultureResearch Opportunities12.75% super17.5% leave loading Salary Temporary full time (up to six months, with the possibility of extension)Base salary ranging from $ $ per fortnight About Us The Referral Strategy and Performance Department implements, supports and monitors best practice management of referrals to services across the entirety of Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service through application of portfolios including Refer Your Patient incorporating Clinical Prioritisation Criteria (CPC) and Smart Referrals.
