All of these vacancies arePermanent Part-Time opportunity, with up to 30-35 hours per week available.These hours consist of a variety of shifts, includingmorning, day, evening, and awake night shifts.In this rewarding role, you will provide compassionate, person-centered support, empowering our clients to live as independently as possible while advocating for their individual needs, choices, and goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients to develop and maintain independence, dignity, and confidenceDeliver individualised care, including assistance with:MealtimesPersonal care (toileting, showering)Medication administrationManual handling using a range of equipment and aidsMonitor client wellbeing, documenting and reporting on progress and any changesWork collaboratively as part of a fun, supportive, and dynamic teamRequirements:We are open to both green and experienced candidates.
